21st to 25th January 2015:
Updates: - General conditions are improving with most affected areas are resuming daily activities as per pre-flood.
- However, there are areas affected by limited electricity and water still (e.g. Kosi 5, Manek Urai, Kuala Krai).
- Main threats would be dust, clean water supply and stagnant water (dirty area).
- Current number of evacuees in Kelantan is 62 families (255 victims).

Objectives: - To provide medical aid for the villagers in flood-stricken areas with poor access to health facilities.
- For social and psychosocial assessment of the affected families.
- For hygiene education as preventive measures on arising post-flood diseases.
