Ensuring Continuity of Medication Supply

Pharmacy starts off the year with a serious discussion on how to minimize the disruptions in medication supply encountered throughout the previous year.
The Head of Purchasing Department and her officers were invited to discuss various matters pertaining the chain of order and supply of medications.
Among the issues brought up is the fluctuating price of Approved Products Purchase List (APPL) medications and how to ensure supply should purchase tenders unexpectedly get rejected at a higher level.
Several courses of action were agreed upon and shall be executed as required.
