To differentiate both Amphotericin B (Conventional) and Amphotericin B Lipid Complex, all new orders of Amphotericin B (Conventional) from WP1 and WP2 must be ordered using the 'Amphotericin B (Conventional) Injection Prescription'.

Regular prescriptions or cardexs will be rejected.
