Based on the outcome of the Drug and Therapeutic Subcommittee Meeting (Bil. 1/2018) held on 12 March 2018, there will be a change in the formulary category for the medication Imipenem 500mg Cislatin 500mg Injection to Non-Formulary.

Suggested alternative to this medication is Meropenem 1g and 500mg Injection as their formulary category remain unchanged.

What does Non-Formulary means?
