Medication dosage forms change: Calcium Carbonate 500mg

Please be informed that Pharmacy Department has changed the dosage forms for the calcium carbonate 500mg tablet to UPHA calcium carbonate 500mg capsule.

Doctors are advised to prescribe as ONE capsule of 500mg because it can't be halved.
