Temporary Relocation of Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitution Services

28th April 2017 (Circular No. SP PPUM: 163/2017):

From 4th to 21st May 2017, UMMC Pharmacy's Sterile Complex will be temporarily closed to make way for repairs to the ceiling of the complex.

In effect, Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitution (CDR) Services will be operating from Paediatrics Pharmacy, 2nd Floor Kompleks Kesihatan Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak (KKWK) throughout this period.

All chemotherapy protocols and orders should be sent to Paediatric Pharmacy. Likewise, collection of prepared chemotherapy medications should be done from this location.

Further enquiries may be directed to the Pharmacist in charge at extension 2308. We highly regret any inconveniences caused by this necessary activity.
