Medications will be prepared in advance for pick up at the PharmCARE counter 

After your first collection of medication from the Outpatient pharmacy, heads over to PharmCARE counter, located at Lot 1, Ground floor, Plaza PPUM with your prescription. ( if you have balance medication to refill)

A counter booking for the future dates will be booked in advance.

On collection day, a SMS reminder will be sent to the telephone number that is registered.  

Medications is already prepared in advance and is ready for collection. 

If you cannot make it for collection on the collection day, medications will be kept for 3 working days. 

If you cannot make it for that 3 working days, kindly contact PharmCARE ( 03-79493174 / pharmcare@ummc.edu.my) to reserve the already prepared medications.
