UMMC's Pharmacy Department had received new stocks of Apo-Quetiapine 100 mg and 200 mg. This will be fully replacing the previous brand for Quetiapine, Seroquel XR.
Below are the suggested dose conversions when considering switching from Quetiapine Extended Release (XR) to the Immediate Release (IR) formulation:
