Prescriber: Infectious Disease Specialists and Haematologists only.

Restrictions: For treatment of invasive candidiasis, prophylaxis of candida infection in patient undergoing allogenic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Based on the outcome of the Drug and Therapeutics Subcommittee Meeting (Bil. 01/2017), Micafungin 50mg Injection will be replacing Caspofungin 50mg and 70mg Injection.
