MedStation-Medication in a locker

A service that lets patients or their caregivers collect medications from automated secure lockers any time, without having to queue and wait at the pharmacy.  

Terms and Conditions:

1. Medications that are NOT allowed for locker service :

• Psychotropic / Dangerous Drugs

• Cold / Fridge items

• Pharm UMMC items

2.  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• repeat patients

• new patients WITHOUT SHORT TERM/ ACUTE MEDICATION

• patients who runs out of medication

• patients who still have balance of less than TWO weeks supply

3. A service fee of RM3.00 will be charged to ALL patients upon reservation (including government   servant/disabled/welfare/pensioner). 

 Payment must be made via Patient Journey App once received payment notification by email.

4. If payment is successful, patients will receive notifications via e-mail to collect their medications.

5. Patients shall collect medications from UMMC MedStation within 3 days (72 hours). Exceeding the days, pharmacy will return the medications and patient patients shall collect the medications from Outpatient Pharmacy.

6. Request during weekend or public holiday will be entertained on the next working days.

7. Time to collect medications from locker :

• Monday - Friday (7.00am - 9.00pm)

• Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday (8.00am - 5.00pm)

8. Locker's location at Ground Floor, UMMC Plaza (beside Information Counter).
