Ini ialah ubat kecemasan, mesti dibawa bersama pada setiap masa. 

Apabila sakit jantung, letakkan 1 biji tablet  di bawah lidah dan dibiarkan mencair. Tunggu 5 minit dan boleh ulang sebanyak 2 kali jika masih sakit. Jika masih sakit selepas 3 kali, perlu ke hospital.

This medication is for emergency use, therefore it has to be kept with you at all times.

If you have chest pain, place 1 tablet under your tongue immediately and allow the tablet to melt. If the pain persists after 5 minutes, you may use another tablet.  If the pain still persists after using the third tablet,  please visit the hospital and seek medical attention immediately.
